The six reports on the preceeding page are linked to password-protected information. The first step in getting this
information is to get a user name and password. To accomplish this, call (865) 425-3404 - OR - (865) 425-3402.
Once you click the link, you will be prompted for this user name and password. There are two possible scenarios you
may encounter at this point, depending on your Windows version; a three-pane login window or a two-pane login.

If you get a three-pane login window:

You will be asked for user name, password, and domain, as in this example:

Enter the user name and password you were given in the appropriate blanks. The domain is OAKRIDGE
(no spaces, and it can be upper or lower case). Then click "Okay." The information should now be available
to you. See the example below.

If you get a two-pane login window:

You will be asked for only user name and password, without a window for domain, as in this example:

In this case, you still need to enter a domain name but in a different format:

Simply enter OAKRIDGE\ and username (no spaces) in the top pane like the example shows and
password in the bottom pane..
