| Location: This cemetery was on the north
bank of Poplar Creek near the big water tower at K-25, on Tract
K-1007 obtained from Ed. C. Browder. Mr. Snyder Roberts says
there were possibly 15 to 20 graves here, and some had
gravestones. Elias Roberts and his wife, and probably their
son Phillip, were among those buried here. Apparently there
were no traces of this cemetery left when the land was purchased for
the Manhattan Project. |
