You can help the animals by donating supplies!
The shelter always welcomes donations of the following items:
- Clorox
- Alcohol
- Peroxide
- Cotton Balls
- Laundry Detergent
- Treats for the dogs and cats
- Rawhide chews
- New or used serviceable towels
- Dog and cat toys (the kind that can be disinfected)
- Heating pads
- Andis animal clippers
- Pet tattoo kit
- Rubber Mate Containers
- Distilled water
- Dog, Cat, Kitten, and Puppy food
- Truck in Working Condition for Disaster Rescues
- Small trailer for Rescue Work
- Digital Camera
Recycle and help the animals!
Drop off your Aluminum cans at the Shelter. You can deposit cans 24 hours a day by depositing your cans over the fence.
Drop off your Newspapers at the Shelter. You can deposit papers 24 hours a day in the bin sitting outside the shelter.
The Oak Ridge Animal Shelter is seeking the following special items to help improve operations at the shelter:
- Fencing
- Intercom system
- Igloo doghouses
- Large tarp
- Gardening supplies for the memorial garden
- Digital Camera
