Officer Shannah E. Newman is the Crime Prevention Officer for the Oak Ridge Police Department. She is currently assigned to the patrol division. Officer Newman is involved with other programs outside of patrol. These activities included: Neighborhood Watch Coordinator, Landlord Training Program Coordinator, and helping in the development of a Volunteers in Police Services program.
