THE OAK RIDGE PLANNING COMMISSION

The Oak Ridge Planning Commission meets once a month, on the 4^th Thursday of the month, with the exceptions of November and December. In those months, due to holidays, the regular Planning Commission schedule is moved up one week. The Planning Commission meets in the Courtroom in the Municipal Building, at 7:30 p.m.

The Planning Commission deals with issues affecting the growth of the City of Oak Ridge, including rezonings, resubdivisions, Planned Unit Developments, Subdivisions, annexations, the Capital Improvements Program, the Comprehensive Plan, and the Land Use Plan.

A special-called Planning Commission meeting called at the request of an applicant will entail a fee of $300.00.
