The 2008 Memory Magic Scrapbook event will be held at the Oak Ridge Civic Center on September 26-27. This fourth annual event looks to be bigger and better than ever. Join us for two full days of shopping, cropping and attending classes.
Croppers will have plenty of time to scrap, chat, and visit with friends. The crop area will open at 9 am each day. Those who have tickets to the crop parties will get an event place card so that they can claim their spot for the entire day. Crop parties will be held both evenings from 6:30 to 11:30 pm. Participants will receive a goody bag, light snacks, tickets for prize drawings and make and takes.
Along with cropping comes shopping! Visit the vendor fair and shop for many unique scrapbook related items. Vendors include home party businesses, scrapbook stores and general craft stores located from all over the region. Check out the new products or stock up on your favorites. Many of the vendors will offer make and take opportunities. The Vendors will be open at 9 a.m. each morning.
Choose from over 30 classes to learn new techniques and try out new products. Learn little tricks to make a page shine. Learn how to use ribbons, buttons, flowers, chipboard and jute to create a one of a kind page. Create gorgeous pages that celebrate someone who is special to you. Classes begin at 9 am both Friday and Saturday.
Online registration begins August 11, 2008. Classes will be posted as information is received from the class instructors. Check back often. See you in September!
