The Oak Ridge Recreation and Parks Department solicits facility requests for athletic facilities on a semi-annual basis. The year is divided into two time periods. The Spring/Summer season runs from March 1 to July 31. The Fall/Winter season runs from August 1 to February 28. Requests for the spring and summer seasons are generally due at the beginning of February while requests for the fall and winter seasons are required in July. Only requests for the given stated period of time will be considered. Requests submitted by assigned deadlines will be given priority over later requests. Please be aware that requests are only that and a reservation permit is not issued until the request has reviewed and approved. Once a request is approved additional requirements will need to be met such as paying deposits and turning in rosters forms.
Two separate facility request forms are available. One is to be used for tournaments and special events. The other is for games and practices. Listed on each facility request form are the User Classifications and the Priority List that will be referred to when assigning facilities.
