COR 12-07 Melton Lake Park Waterfront Pavilion

Request for Proposals will be received by the City of Oak Ridge, Finance Department, until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), Tuesday, April 17, 2012, and then publicly opened at the City of Oak Ridge, Central Services Complex Conference Room, located at 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN for Melton Lake Park Waterfront Pavilion per the specifications provided by the City of Oak Ridge, Recreation and Parks Department. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting & Site Tour will be held at 10:00 a.m. Local Time, Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Melton Lake Park (697 Melton Lake Drive) Proposal documents are available at City of Oak Ridge, Materials Management Department, Central Services Complex, located at 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN.



COR 12-08 OR Pedestrian Improvements Project

The City of Oak Ridge, TN will receive marked and sealed bids for the Oak Ridge Pedestrian Improvements Project (sealed envelopes must be clearly marked for the specific project). The Project will generally consist of labor and material to install sidewalks, signage, signals, and pavement markings in the City of Oak Ridge. Bids shall be on a Unit Price Basis. Said bids will be received at the Oak Ridge Finance Department, 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN 37830 until 2:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 and subsequently opened and read aloud. Late bids will not be accepted nor returned. All interested parties are invited to attend. Procurement Documents (including the Construction Drawings, Specifications, and other Bidding Instruments) may be examined at the following locations beginning Monday, November 15, 2010: City of Oak Ridge Public Work, 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN 37830; Cannon & Cannon, Inc., 8550 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee 37919; Builder's Exchange, 300 Clark Street, Knoxville, TN 37921 The Contract Documents may be obtained beginning Monday, March 12, 2012 at the office of Cannon & Cannon, Inc. in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The non-refundable cost is $25.00 per set, with checks made payable to Cannon & Cannon, Inc. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at the Oak Ridge Public Works Department, 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. Attendance is not mandatory. A Prime Contractor must prequalify with the Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 54-5-117 of the Tennessee Code Annotated. Only contractors that have been pre-qualified by TDOT can submit a bid (23 CFR 635.110). Sub-contractors must also be pre-qualified by TDOT (TDOT Standard Specifications §102.01). Reference is made in the Instruction to Bidders contained in the Contract Documents for further bidding information. Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. COR 12-03 Permanent Bleachers for Big Turtle Park Softball Field

Bids will be received by the City of Oak Ridge, Finance Department, until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Tuesday, April 3, 2012, and then publicly opened at the City of Oak Ridge, Central Services Complex, Finance Room, located at 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN for Pemanent Bleachers for Big Turtle Park Softball Field per the specifications provided by the City of Oak Ridge, Recreation and Parks Department. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference & Site Inspection will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time, Thursday, March 8, 2012, at Big Turtle Park (Monterey Road at Oak Ridge Turnpike)



RFQ - Automated Meter Infrastructure

Proposal/Statement of Qualifications for Automated Meter Infrastructure will be received until 11:00 a.m. (local time) on Thursday, April 5, 2012 then publicly opened at the City of Oak Ridge, Central Services Complex, Finance Department Conference Room, 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN per the specifications provided by the City of Oak Ridge Electric Department.
