Lift Station Improvements Updated
Separate sealed Bids for the Lift Station Improvements – Castlewood and Westview – COR 11-16-E4 will be received by the City of Oak Ridge, c/o Lyn Majeski, Finance Department, Central Services Complex, 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge TN 37830 or Post Office Box 1, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, 37831-0001 until 2:30 p.m. (local time) on February 15, 2012 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the Project Manual, including the Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: 1. Lamar Dunn & Associates, Inc., 3305 Maloney Road, Knoxville, TN 37920 2. Knoxville Builders Exchange-301 Clarke Street, Knoxville, TN 37921 Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Lamar Dunn & Associates, Inc. located at 3305 Maloney Road, Knoxville, Tennessee 37920 upon a deposit of $200.00. A refund of $100.00 will be made to Bidders, returning plans within fourteen (14) days after Bid opening in good condition. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. Questions concerning the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be directed to the ENGINEER: Lamar Dunn & Associates, Inc., 3305 Maloney Road, Knoxville, Tennessee 37920, Phone: (865) 573-7672, electronic mail: bostic@ldassoc.com . The work in general consists of construction of the following: 1. Replacement of two (2) existing sewer lift station with new submersible stations. 2. All site, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and other work necessary for a complete, functional installation. The allotted time for construction is 200 calendar days. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time, Wednesday, February 8, 2012, at Central Services Complex, Finance Department Conference Room, located at 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN. Site Inspections to the lift stations will be conducted for interested parties immediately following the conference. The pre-bid is not mandatory.



RFQ 127337 4WD Utility Vehicle
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Oak Ridge, Finance Department, until 2:00 P.M. (local time), Thursday, February 16, 2012, and then publicly opened at the City of Oak Ridge, Central Services Complex, Finance Department Conference Room, located at 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN for Utility Vehicle 4WD w/bed and 200 gallon sprayer per the specifications provided by the City of Oak Ridge, Recreation and Parks Department.



COR 12-04 Concrete Bleacher Pad and Sidewalk at Big Turtle Park
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Oak Ridge, Finance Department, until 2:30 P.M. (local time), Thursday, February 23, 2012, and then publicly opened at the City of Oak Ridge, Central Services Complex, Finance Department Conference Room, located at 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN for Concrete BleacherPad and Sidewalk Improvements at Big Turtle Park Softball Field per the specifications provided by the City of Oak Ridge, Recreation and Parks Department. A Pre-Bid Conference & Site Inspection will be held at 9:00 a.m., Local Time, Thursday, February 9, 2012, at Big Turtle Park Softball Field (Monterey Road at Oak Ridge Turnpike) Oak Ridge, TN.



COR 12-02 Mowing
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Oak Ridge, Finance Department, until 2:00 P.M. (local time), Wednesday, February 15, 2012, and then publicly opened at the City of Oak Ridge, Central Services Complex, Finance Department Conference Room, located at 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN for Mowing - State Route Medians, City Rghts-of-Way, City Easements, City Properties, Etc. per the specifications provided by the City of Oak Ridge, Public Works Department.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Oak Ridge, Finance Department, until 2:00 P.M. (local time), Thursday, February 23, 2012, and then publicly opened at the City of Oak Ridge, Central Services Complex, Finance Department Conference Room, located at 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN for Bicycle Rack Concrete Pads Citywide Project per the specifications provided by the City of Oak Ridge, Recreation and Parks Department. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference & Site Inspection (site visits are optional following the mandatory pre-bid conference) will be held at 9:00 a.m. local time, Thursday, February 2, 2012, at Central Services Complex, Finance Department Conference Room, located at 100 Woodbury Lane, Oak Ridge, TN.
