Heat Pump Loans

Thinking of a new heating or cooling system?

If you are considering installing a new heating or cooling system, the City of Oak Ridge may be able to help. We work with TVA to provide loans to our qualified customers for heat pump installations.

The loans are offered at a low interest rate over a ten year period. The payments are conveniently added to your utility bill each month. Certain qualifications for the loans apply.

If you still heat your home with resistive heat (e.g. ceiling heat) you may find that the energy savings significantly offset the cost of the heat pump!

TVA maintains a network of contractors called the QUALITY CONTRACTOR NETWORK. Download a list of Quality Contractors. These contractors have agreed to very specific quality assurance standards for their work, providing you with an extra level of comfort in your installation.
