1. Permits shall
be issued only to licensed plumbing contractors or to a homeowner doing his own
work personally, in his single family dwelling used exclusively for living
purposes and occupied by said Owner, in accordance with the Plumbing Code of
the City of Oak Ridge.
2. Emergency
repairs and replacement may be made under the condition that a permit therefore
shall be obtained within the next five (5) days.
3. Fill in this application and bring it to the
City of Oak Ridge Code Enforcement Office.
4. Plans shall be submitted when requested by
the Inspector
5. THIS IS
NOT A PERMIT TO PROCEED WITH ANY OF THE WORK INDICATED ABOVE, AND NO PLUMBING
WORK SHALL BE DONE IN THE CITY UNTIL A PERMIT THEREFORE HAS BEEN ISSUED.
