FOR RESTORATION OF ELECTRIC SERVICE DURING EMERGENCY CONDITIONSThe priorities for restoration of electric service are outlined in the Electric Department’s Emergency Response Plan.
Priorities were established based on:

- Mass Care Facilities
- Life Support List
- South Central Bell – operations building
- Oak Ridge Utility District (Earthquake Only)
- Water Booster Stations: Louisiana (including radio sites) and Wisconsin Only
- Waste Water Treatment Plant
- Remainder of Water Booster Stations
- Radio Station/Newspaper
- Fire Fighting Facilities
- Multi-Level Multi Occupancy Buildings
