PRIORITIES FOR RESTORATION OF
ELECTRIC SERVICE DURING EMERGENCY CONDITIONS
The priorities for restoration of electric service are
outlined in the Electric Department’s Emergency Response Plan.
Priorities were established based on:
 | Threat to Public Health and Safety
 | Threat to Property
 | Use of available resources to re-establish service to the largest number
of customers possible |

- Municipal Building or Emergency Operation Center
- Central Services Complex
- Mass Care Facilities
- Life Support List
- South Central Bell – operations building
- Oak Ridge Utility District (Earthquake Only)
- Water Booster Stations: Louisiana (including radio sites) and Wisconsin Only
- Waste Water Treatment Plant
- Remainder of Water Booster Stations
- Radio Station/Newspaper
